PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003
The Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 no. 196, "Code regarding the protection of personal data", provides a system which guarantees protection carried out on personal data.

It is defined judicial data the personal data suitable to reveal the existence of judicial orders for each person registered in the criminal records and related pending charges and/or acting as indicted or suspected person under the Code of Criminal Procedures.

Data provided by Users
The personal data, including the mail address, provided by the users/visitors that, optionally, explicitly and voluntarily, submit a registration request on the Website, are necessarily acquired in order to allow the distribution of the same service. 1. The person interested has the right to obtain confirmation of existence or not about personal data concerning himself, though not yet recorded and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The person interested has the right to be informed about:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) person or categories of person to whom the data may be communicated or whom got known about them as appointed representative in the State, managers officers.
3. The person interested has the right to:
a) to request the updating, amending or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the stop of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their contents, of those to whom the data have been communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment disclosed itself impossible or involves an use of means manifestly excessive regarding the protected right.
4. The person interested has the right to stand opposite, in entirely or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal data concerning himself, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the treatment of personal data concerning himself for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The information systems and software procedures used to the operation of this website acquire during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
